Grootberg is a plateau mountain near Palmwag in Northwest Namibia. It is close to the so-called veterinary fence, which still is used to control animal migration to keep some diseases out of the main part of Namibia. There is a pleasant small lodge (no tour buses) on top of the plateau, accessible via 4WD only, from which you have a magnificent view into the Klip valley, including from the cliff edge pool. We spent a lazy day on the Grootberg.
