Vine Street and Race Street. The area below the mound is called "Over-the-Rhine" and it was one of the areas where a lot of Germans settled in the 19th century. It is now a bit of a shady area. "Kroger" is a big supermarket chain and it is one of the larger companies that is based in Cincinnati.
